New Paper in Mechanics of Materials
We are delighted to announce the publication of “Modeling steady state rate-and temperature-dependent strain hardening behavior of glassy polymers” in Mechanics of Materials.

This paper discusses the physical origin of rate- and temperature-dependent strain softening and strain hardening behavior in glassy thermoplastics based on molecular dynamics simulations and proposes a thermodynamically consistent constitutive model to account for the steady state strain hardening behavior of the material across a wide range of temperatures and strain rates.
