As part of the Franco-German research project BIO ART, I study the mechanical properties of bio-based epoxy materials. My work connects experimental results with numerical simulations to understand the behavior of epoxy systems across different scales. I focus on continuum modeling informed by small-scale data and on discrete-to-continuum coupling approaches, such as the Capriccio method.
